This software is easy enough to use,

1) Load the the relevant hex file.

2) Set the Fuses and Oscillator Type.

3) Click - write Program and set the programming voltage to +12V on the hardware.

4) Blow the fuses.

Insert the PIC in the target circuit or if you use my LCD/Programmer module, remove the programming voltage and reset.
